Antifreeze. It is used in effecting of dyes (chemical paints, pencils), pharmaceuticals, polymers. Enters through respiratory pathes, a digestive tube, cutaneous coverings.
Symptoms: the Cyanotic coloration of mucosas of lips, ears, nails. Sharp delicacy, dizziness, noise in ears, a headache, euphoria with motorial excitation, vomiting, a short wind. At heavy poisonings – infringement of consciousness and a coma. Sharp pechenochno-renal insufficiency.
First aid: a lavage of a stomach with absorbent coal, vaseline oil, salt laxatives, egg whites, hot drink. Warming Bodies. At hit on a skin-obmyvanie of the amazed places potassium hypermanganate solution (1:1000), water and soap. The hot shower and a bath are counter-indicative. At breath weakening – 40 % solution of glucose with vitamin C, hypo (100 ml of 30 % of solution) intravenously. Repeated replacement spray. The forced diuresis (an aqueous load). Alcohol and other alcohol are counter-indicative. Treatment of sharp renal insufficiency. Therapy by oxygen constantly.
